Facilities

 The Studios are not staffed but managed spaces. We offer unbranded studio space where you can quickly and easily establish your business, there is no reception staff as all offices run autonomously having separate access, intercom and post facilities. Access through secure key fob entry to the courtyard is permitted 24 hours 7 days a week. 

 Each Studio has its own designated mailbox and bell / intercom. Any couriers can call the studio through the external intercom to gain access. 

The conference room has a capacity for 6 people and can be booked online. The use for this room is covered in service charge, there is no additional expense. 

The kitchen is located centrally. Including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and water dispenser. China and Glasses including utensils are available for everyone’s use. Tea, Coffee and Milk are provided free of charge to Licensees. 

We have a weekly rubbish removal service, and a daily studio clean. We encourage recycling and have a dedicated recycling bin for this purpose. 

We produce one invoice a month in arrears for charges for telephone and any VPN or additional Internet provision. All service charges are subject to VAT. 

The roads that lead off Harwood Road provide short term Ringo autopay parking. Fulham Broadway Shopping centre provides longer term parking.

Bicycles can be locked in the secure courtyard.

Motorbikes are not permitted in the courtyards.
