The Studios all have Cat5 cabling linked to a central hub. This can be used for telephone, computer, LAN and internet access. The network is studio LAN specific and creates secure network and internet access.

The internet security is fully managed by a Fortinet gateway providing 24/7 firewall, antivirus, Intrusion detection and prevention and optional anti-spam and web content filtering if required.

Internet is provided through a dedicated 100mb Fibre optic link, providing matched upload and download speeds, as well as a robust business connection and business support guaranteed supply.

If required, an IT consultant is able to provide IT support at an hourly charge.

As part of the overall internet provision we supply a fully managed central switch to give a Studio specific LAN. There are numerous Cat5e ports in every studio as well as secure Wifi.

We have a digital telephone system in place with integrated voice-mail answering service which will automatically forward calls or take messages in your own company name. All numbers can be direct dialled if required and set up with extension specific voicemail.

The digital system is extremely flexible and will

• Enable you to direct your call seamlessly to any external number
• Access your voicemail from outside of the Studio
• Provide central group speed dial and personal speed dials.
• Headset jack for handsfree work or Integrated speaker for conference calling.
• Caller ID, name and number.
• Call logging of up to 100 numbers in and out.
• Message waiting and ringer lamp.

The telephone system is remotely controlled and maintained to ensure continuous smooth operation.

The digital telephone, will give a DDI line , the identity of the caller, easy access for interrogation of your voicemail.

Calls are charged typically at prices 35% lower than those available from BT on a per minute basis.

Illustrative rates are:

Local Calls  2.0p per minute 

National Calls 3.0p per minute

Europe 8.0p per minute

International 14.0p per minute

Mobile 14.0p per minute

A fully itemised bill will be sent to you at the end of each month, which we ask to be settled within 7 working days. All charges are subject to VAT.
